This is the form for signing up to be a sponsor, advertiser, or donor for the 2017 Annual Florida Association for the Gifted Conference that will take place on September 15-16, 2017, in St. Augustine, Florida.

Partner ADVERTISER Package, $70, including One (1) quarter-page conference program advertisement (24"x 5.5" vertical jpeg must be received on day of registration and payment). Please send jpeg as an email attachment to conference@flagifted.org

Advocate ADVERTISER Package, $110, One (1) half-page conference program advertisement (4"x5.5" jpeg must be received on day of registration and payment). Please send jpeg as an email attachment to conference@flagifted.org

Friends of FLAG ADVERTISER Package, $250, One (1) full-page black/white conference program advertisement (8"x10" jpeg must be received on day of registration and payment) Please send jpeg as an email attachment to conference@flagifted.org

Partner SPONSOR Package, $500 each, One (1) color slide in our conference slideshow presentation and on our website. One (1) ticket to Fri*day evening VIP pirate desert party at the historic Markland building on Flagler College campus. One (1) ticket to free historic walking tour.

Advocate SPONSOR Package, $1,000, One (1) color slide in our conference slideshow presentation and on our website, and one small company banner displayed at registration table. Half page company advertisement inserted in all conference bags. Two (2) tickets to Friday evening VIP pirate desert party at the historic Markland building on Flagler College campus.

Friends of FLAG SPONSOR Package, $5,000, One (1) color slide in our conference slideshow presentation and on our website, one (1) company banner displayed at Registration Check-in and Awards Luncheon Stage, and a color company logo on the front cover of our Conference Program. Full page insert of company advertising inserted in all conference bags. Five (5) tickets to Friday evening VIP pirate desert party at the historic Markland building on Flagler College campus. Two (2) free registrations to the annual conference Saturday keynote speaker and breakout sessions, including breakfast and lunch.

Title Sponsor Package, $10,000, Your company/individual name to be added to the title of the event (which is The Gifted Frontier) and inclusion of your logo on all event materials. 10′ banner at event on main stage. Opportunity for sponsor to speak at event. Ten (10) free registrations to the annual conference including both Friday events and Saturday keynote speaker and breakout sessions, including breakfast and lunch. Five (5) tickets to Friday evening VIP pirate desert party at the historic Markland building on Flagler College campus and your logo on all promotional materials for the conference and VIP pirate desert party.

DONATION PACKAGE 1: Donations of gimmick items to be inserted in conference bags with your organization name printed on them or attached to a business card sized advertisement (please email if you have an idea and would like to include your item for approval.)

DONATION PACKAGE 2: Lanyards to hold conference ID tags labeled with your organization name (cost determined by number of attendees.)

DONATION PACKAGE 3: Printing sponsor will have organization’s logo printed on front of printed materials (sponsor who donates printing of materials that may include the conference booklets, name tags or other items. Donation value to be determined.)

DONATION PACKAGE 4: Hosting a continental breakfast or “coffee break and snack.”

DONATION PACKAGE 5: Donating an item or basket for our scholarship silent auction.
