Each year FLAG is honored to accept applications for four (4) annual awards and scholarships. We have added one (1) more award opportunity this year!
The 2019 Award/Scholarship application period runs through June 1, 2019. All awards will be presented during the FLAG conference in Cape Canaveral, October 11-12.
Originally funded by the Nicholas Green Foundation and NAGC, National Association for Gifted Children, this award program is designed to recognize distinguished achievement in academics, leadership, or the arts, in children entering grades 3 through 6 (during the 2019-20 school year). One child per state can be named a Nicholas Green Distinguished Student and that winner receives a $500 U.S. savings bond and a Certificate of Excellence.
